The great thing about these types of weight sets is firstly, the value for money. You buy one set, but really you're getting 10 weight sizes. The second is the space you save. You don't need 10 separate weights as its all in one set. Slight drawbacks are it is not comfortable for press ups as it can dig into your wrists. It is wide so this might restrict movement in some exercises. It can feel bigger than perhaps you expected it to be. It can be difficult to locate the weight back in its cradle due to its shape. Lastly, there is some rattle in the weights whilst in use. However all that being said, it is comfortable to grip, space saving and we really like the design.
